We exchange evidence, challenge comparisons or adjustments that don’t fit, and negotiate toward an agreed vehicle value.

We research the vehicle, prepare our valuation, and work with the insurer’s appointed appraiser toward a final ACV.

One cost worth knowing about: If the two appraisers can’t agree and an umpire is needed, the umpire charges separately. That cost is generally shared between you and the insurance company.
